Instructions

Step 1
Add water to the pan and sautee the onion
Step 2
Add pepper then the mushrooms.
Step 3
Then add the carrot and spices to taste.
Step 4
Add the rice and mix to infuse
Step 5
Stir in sultanas and add stock
Step 6
Bring stock to boil and reduce heat to lightly simmer with lid on for 10-14 minutes
Step 7
If desired, roast or toast the almonds in the meantime.
Step 8
Once cooked, in let the rice sit in with the lid on for a few minutes
Step 9
Stir in the almonds and serve.
