Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in cast iron pan. Fry tortillas until very crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside. Fry up meat or chicken with taco seasoning. Heat refried beans in separate pan, keep warm. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and avocados. To assemble, lay fried tortilla on plate, spread beans first, then meat on top. Then onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives and avocados, in that order. Too with sour cream and salsa. Enjoy!
