Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the muffin tin with liners.
Step 2
In a large bowl sift together the 1½ cups flour, the sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

Step 3
In a small bowl combine the avocado, egg, and oil. Beat it with a fork until combined. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until just combined.

Step 4
In a small place the remaining 2 tablespoons flour, and stir in the blueberries to coat them lightly with flour. Then toss them into the batter. Give ut a light little stir.
