Instructions

Step 1
Combine mix, sugar, butter, orange zest and cranberries in a bowl and mixture well.
Step 2
Make a well in the bowl and add the buttermilk
Step 3
Mix until the mixture forms a dough.
Step 4
Add dough to a floured surface and roll out the dough.
Step 5
Fold the dough several times and roll out again.
Step 6
Cut into biscuit rounds and place into a cast iron skillet.
Step 7
Brush with egg wash
Step 8
Bake on 450 for 15 mins.
Step 9
Top with orange glaze.

To Make the Orange Glaze

Step 10
Mix the powdered sugar and orange juice together until smooth.
