Instructions
Step 1
1. TOSS together chicken, I tablespoon soy sauce plus a couple of grinds of black pepper in a bowl and set aside.

In a seperate bowl, combine remaining soy sauce, brown sugar, broth, Thai chili garlic sauce and garlic

Heat I tablespoon Oil in a wol over high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink on the outside, about 2-3 minutes. Add celery, carrot, peas, onion, and remaining oil if needed. stir fry for 5-6 minutes or until veggies are crisp- tender
Step 4
Add water chestnuts, then Stir to combine.
Step 5
Add Sauce and cashews to the wok, then let sauce bubble for 2 minutes.
