Instructions
Step 1
Add peas, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, mint sauce, fresh mint to a blender
Step 2
Pour over warm water to cover everything in the blender and blend
Step 3
Add mixture to a pan and simmer for 5 mins, until the soup has cooked and thickened
Step 4
Turn off the heat and mix in pea protein powder
Step 5
Add toppings (fresh mint, soy yoghurt etc.) and enjoy!
