Instructions
Step 1
1. In a small bowl combine crab, mayonnaise and sriracha. Season with salt and pepper. Mix together.
Step 2
2. Place a sheet of soy paper on a clean surface. Using scissors (or a knife) make a single cut in the middle of one side, until you get to the middle of the sheet.
Step 3
3. On the bottom left corner, spread an even layer of rice (lightly wetting your hands to make it easier to spread). Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon furikake.
Step 4
4. On the top left square of soy paper spread crab mixture in an even layer.
Step 5
5. On the top right square of soy paper, line half the cucumbers into a thin, even layer.
Step 6
6. On the last square of soy paper add a layer of half the sliced avocado and top with remaining teaspoon furikake seasoning.
Step 7
7. Starting from the rice, fold the square up, then to the right, then down until you have a neat spicy crab sushi wrap.
