Instructions

1. preheat oven to 180 degrees C

2. grease loaf pan and coat in a dusting of flour.

3. cream together butter and sugar until fluffy

4. add eggs and crushed bananas

5. combine well.

6. sift togetherflour, soda and salt;

add to creamed mixture.

7. add vanilla

8. mix until just combined.

(do not over mix)
Step 11
9. pour mixture into loaf tin and even.
Step 12
10. bake with love for 55 mins.
