Instructions
Step 1
Fry the onion with the paprika until brown and caramelised
Step 2
Drain the beans and mash them. Chop the cherry tomatoes (or put them in a food processor
Step 3
Cook the sweetcorn and add to the beans with the fried onions, cheese, lemon juice, tomatoes, salt and pepper
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients together. Put out 4 tortillas, spread the mix on each tortillas, then place another tortilla on top
Step 5
Cool in a preheated oven on 200c for 15 mins
