Instructions
Step 1
Slice the tomato into thick slices and lay in a parchment lined baking tray.
Step 2
Sprinkle on tomato slices a generous amount of cheese and cut basil. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle olive oil on top.
Step 3
Set in toaster oven for 10 mins, or until the top of the cheese begins browning. Drizzle with balsamic glaze to serve! Serve with bread or by itself.
