Instructions
Step 1
preheat the oven to 200oC
Step 2
grease the inside of four ramekins
Step 3
divide the chopped ham and cheese between the four ramekins, then top each one with a teaspoon of cream and season with salt and pepper
Step 4
crack an egg into each ramekin
Step 5
place ramekins on a baking tray, then place on the middle rack of the preheated oven
Step 6
cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking
