Instructions
Step 1
4 cups of rice 4 cups of water for cooking.
1/2 cups of vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt Mix together with cooked rice evenly, don't mush the rice.
Step 2
Slice cucumber into matchsticks.
Avocado into wedges.
Step 3
Break spine of shrimp and fry in oil.
Step 4
Dice tuna and mix with 2tbsp siracha, 1tbsp sesame oil, 1tbsp Japanese mustard and 1tbsp eel sauce.
Step 5
Spread rice on seaweed paper, flip and add crab meat in middle in a line, add cucumber, avocado slices and tempura then roll it.
Step 6
Slice eel diagnally and seer.
Step 7
Top the roll with tuna mixture. Use wax paper or plastic wrap to press roll again and cut into pieces.
Step 8
Garnish with masago, red radish, green onions and salmon egg if you're into all that.
