Refried Pinto Beans, or Refried Black Beans with Jalapeño

1 x 8 ozGuacamole
tray, or your favorite guacamole

8 ozlight sour cream
or regular

1 cupsalsa
such as Double Roasted Salsa or Chunky Salsa

1 cupshredded lettuce

1 cuptomatoes
chopped

⅓ cupblack olives
sliced, drained

2green onions
chopped

2 Tbspfresh cilantro
chopped

1 cupShredded Mexican Cheese Blend

Instructions
Step 1
Choose a glass dish, approximately 8 x 8-inches.
Step 2
2 Spread refried beans on bottom of dish and continue layering with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. If guacamole or sour cream is difficult to spread, add dollops over the previous layer.
Step 3
Sprinkle on lettuce, tomato, olives, green onions, cilantro and cheese.
