Preheat oven to 350
Step 1
Brown meat with onions; drain. Combine ingredients through salt & pepper.
Step 2
Oil a 9x13 pan. Spoon some sauce into bottom of pan. Assemble casserole: pasta, sauce cheese; repeat with remaining ingredients.

Top with Parmesan then cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
