My famous broccoli gets its name from my college's running club pasta parties, which we hosted the night before our races. I would make this every time, and it was always a massive hit and gone in an instant. If you're not really a fan of broccoli, I'd really recommend giving this a try. It really masks the gross flavors of broccoli with a properly seasoned dish. I always paired this with my penne and meat baked casserole, which is linked below:

chili powder2 tsp
paprika2 tsp
garlic powder2 tsp

dried thyme1 tsp
salt¾ tsp
black pepper½ tsp

Bake for 35 minutes, rotating halfway.
