BACON CHICKEN STICKS

THE best bbq chicken (along with Korean chicken wings!). I have yet to find anyone that doesn't like them. I challenge you to have leftovers (it ain't happening!). Even my fussy children love them. Don't fret about the spice. It seems a lot but it mostly cooks away on the bbq somehow. Neither of my kids eat any spice at all but they don't even notice it in this recipe. They even make us cook these in winter! P.S. We've tried making this on a stove top grill and in the oven and it didn't work. They need to be done on a bbq. We also found the cooking times were way too long. Please cook as follows; 6 min each side (indirect, lid on) and then direct turning every 2 mins until bacon is crispy.
