small, cut into slices airfry or deep fry until golden brown

1 cupbeef broth
plus add 3 Tbsp Ketchup to it and stir well

Instructions
Black Beans
Step 1
Soak the Chinese black beans in hot water for about 15 minutes to re-hydrate the beans (you can substitute with black bean sauce)

Making the dish

In a heated wok or large pan

add 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Once oil is hot, add black beans

Add minced garlic

Stir until fragrant

Add sliced beef and shrimp

Add oyster sauce, salt and sugar

Stir beef and shrimp for about a minute

Add bell peppers, potatoes and yellow onions

Once it simmer, stir the slurry mix well to dissolve the cornstarch before adding to pan to thicken sauce
