Instructions
Step 1
Microwaves frozen meatballs half of directed times.
Step 2
In large saucepan, Saute onion until starting to brown, 3-5 minutes. Then add garlic and saute 30 more seconds
Step 3
Add spinach, crushed tomato, nutmeg, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning. Cook until spinach has wilted and sauce bubbles (about 3 minutes)
Step 4
Add milk and flour, cook until thickened
Step 5
Add meatballs, goat cheese, and sprinkle Parmesan on mixture and cover, heat until meatballs are fully heated through (on stove top or broil for 3-4 minutes)
