Creamy Tuscan Chicken

This is one of my go to meals because it’s so easy! I often double the sauce part (cream, and Parmesan) or throw a little broth in it to make it go further. Picture doesn’t show the sundried tomatoes. They aren’t essential but are so good!
Also, the macros this site shows are not accurate. The fat is a little lower and protein is higher when I make it.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken horizontally and dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat skillet and add oil
Step 3
Add chicken and brown both sides then transfer to a plate
Step 4
Reduce the heat. Add cream, butter, and Parmesan. Stir until melted and then scrape up the bits
Step 5
Increase heat to medium and simmer. Add spinach and basil. Stir until wilted. Add garlic and oregano. Stir in.
Step 6
Add chicken back into pan and heat thoroughly. Top with more Parmesan, is desired.
