Step 1
1. Dice onion
2. Heat oil in a medium pan and add onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender
3. Rehydrate TVP according to package
4. Add tvp and tomato to pan and simmer for 30 minutes
5. Cook pasta according to package and strain 6. Season sauce and toss through pasta
7. Serve with parmesan
