Instructions

Preheat oven to 375
Step 2
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
Step 3
Add rice
Step 4
Add chopped vegetables on top of rice
Step 5
Cut butter into slices and put on top of vegetables
Step 6
Add chicken broth
Step 7
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 2 1/2 hours
