Instructions

Step 1
Brown pork chops in a frying pan with oil and salt.
Step 2
Take fat aside and add flour to the oil. Add a little butter if necessary. You want it to start thin.
Step 3
After flour and oil are cooked, pour milk in. You want it still runny.
Step 4
Add one can of mushroom soup. Cover chops with gravy and simmer.
Step 5
Cook for one hour.

Put pork chops, mushroom soup, milk and chopped potatoes in baking pan. Bake until cooked
