Tuscan Chicken 😋 think creamy, cheesy, sun-dried tomato heaven 😍 and then serve it up potato, pasta or rice! Does anyone fancy this for dinner this week⁉️ Or add it to the meal planner for next week 🙂 I hope everyone has been enjoying the dinner ideas I’ve been putting out in 2022. I want to be able to give you all as much quick and easy inspo so you don’t end up eating the same ol’ things all the time / can’t be bothered to cook - I am totally guilty of this!! Instructions

Step 1
Method: 1️⃣ Beat the egg in a small bowl and then in a separate bowl mix together the cornflour, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. 2️⃣ Dip the chicken into the egg and then into the flour mix. 3️⃣ Heat garlic oil in a pan and then add the coated chicken. Allow it to cook and crisp up the coating. Then remove from the pan. 4️⃣ Add a little extra garlic oil then add in the red pepper allow to soften briefly then add oregano, paprika, sun-dried tomatoes and tomato puree and mix. 5️⃣ Pour in the chicken stock and white wine and allow to bubble and simmer for just under 10 minutes or so. 6️⃣ Stir in the cream cheese so it’s well combined and simmer for a couple of minutes 7️⃣ Add the chicken back in and simmer for a couple more minutes. 8️⃣ Remove from the heat, it thickens even more now. Then sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated cheese to finish.
