Instructions
Step 1
1. Place onion, garlic, salt, pepper & coconut oil in the TM Bowl; 2. Chop 4 Seconds/Speed 5; 3, Scrape down sides; 4. Cook 5 Minutes/Varoma/Speed 1/MC off; 5. Add Turmeric &Tamari; 6. Cook a further 3 Minutes/Varoma/Speed 1/MC off; 7. Add Broccoli, Sweet Potato & Bell Peppers; 8. Chop 15 Seconds/Speed 7 or until minced; 9. Scrape down sides; 10. Add Bone Broth; 11. Cook 15 Minutes/100˚/Speed 1.5/Steaming Basket instead of MC; 12. Add Coconut Milk; 13. Cook 10 Minutes/100˚/Speed 2; 14. Blend 30 Seconds/Speed 9; 15. Serve hot, garnished with Broccoli Flowerets.
