Instructions

Step 1
Slice half of garlic and mince the remaining half. Slice onion.
Step 2
Heat oil in pan. Saute the sliced garlic until it starts browning. Immediately put in a plate and use the oil to sear the beef until starts browning
Step 3
Add onion, cook until fragrant then add the minced garlic and butter. Season and add water slowly
Step 4
Ready to serve and add the fried garlic on top
