Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat bit of oil in wok. Add chkn & onions and cook for few mins
2. Add a shake of soy sauce
3. Drain juice of pineapple and add the juice to cornflour and sugar
4. Add pineapple cubes & cashew nuts to wok (but don't add the nuts before freezing), then pour in the juice & cornflour mixture to thicken.
5. Add seasoning and serve with rice
