Instructions
Step 1
Skillet: add butter and sautee shrimp seasoned in black pepper, garlic powder, and cajun seasoning (measurements based on preference). Keep them on one side until slightly charred and then flip them on the other side.
Step 2
Remove shrimp, add butter, and sautee finely diced onions until caramelized. Then add minced garlic and sautee for another minute
Step 3
Add heavy cream, cajun seasoning, paprika, chili powder, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. Stir
Step 4
Add pasta and mix
Step 5
Add parmesan and shrimp. Then garnish with cilantro
