Instructions

Step 1
Place a medium size pot on high heat
Step 2
Add 3 cups water, veggie broth, sweet potato, onions and cook for 10 mins
Step 3
Add tomato, garlic, ginger, broccoli, peas, carrot and cook for 5 mins
Step 4
Add curry powder, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne and cook for 5 mins
Step 5
Add green onions, coconut milk and allow to simmer for 5 mins
