Instructions

Step 1
Place a medium size pot on high heat
Step 2
Add strained/ rinsed beans to pot with 1 cup water and cook for 5 mins
Step 3
Add tomatoes, onions, corn, mix well and cook for 5 mins
Step 4
Add all dry spices, mix well and cook for 5 mins
Step 5
Add cilantro, mix well and remove from heat
