Instructions

Step 1
1.At first blanched the spinach or palak with hot water with onions and then rinse with cold water and keep aside.Take handful of almonds or cashews and keep them in hot water for five minutes.Then in a blender, blend spinach,onion,almonds and two green chillies to make a smooth paste.

2.Then in a wok,add 1 tb spoon ghee with 2 tb spoon oil. After the oil become hot at first fry the cooking cheese in medium flame till slightly brown.And then pick them from the wok and keep in a bowl of water to keep them soft.Now add panchforon, 2-3 cinnamon sticks,2 cloves to it,then add the garlic slices and fry until brown.Then add the tomatoes.Now one by one add 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder,1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder to it until the tomato becomes soft.

3.Now add the palak or spinach paste and then add the other ingredients one by one.Now in low flame stir them for 3-4 minutes or more until the mixture become heavy.

4.Now add the fried cooking cheese to the palak or spinach paste and cook in low flame for 3-4 minutes and your palak paneer is become ready to enjoy.
