Butternut squash, courgette, carrots and leek cream

pot put some water and add the leeks, once soft add the salt, chillies and nutmeg.
Add the butternut squash, courgette, carrots and ginger mix and cover with water.
Once all the veggies are soft blend them all together.
Serve in a bowl with some build eggs or rice
