This very simple dish is from my family and came out of the depression (hence few seasonings). Kid-friendly and both easy and easy to modify.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion and bell pepper until onion is translucent. Crumble in beef and add salt and pepper. Cook until there is no more pink and remove grease

Meanwhile boil noodles
Step 3
Add chili seasoning and tomato sauce. Fill empty cans halfway with water and pour into pan. Let cook for a few minutes, then add macaroni. Combine together and pour into casserole dish, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted
