Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Melt butter in 10" ovenproof skillet inside the oven.
Step 3
With a whisk, combine the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and nutmeg until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared skillet.
Step 4
Bake at 425°F until puffy and golden, about 16–18 minutes. (The pancake will deflate as it cools.)
Step 5
Dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve with your choice of lemon wedges, syrup, and berries.
