Instructions

Step 1
Fry onion ad carrots, parsnips and swede, cook for 3 mins.
Step 2
Stir in spices and crushed fennel seeds, add tomatoes, chickpeas, sugar, stock. Season and bring to the boil.

Transfer to slowcooker, cook low 4 to 5 hrs
