Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
2. Peel potatoes and stab a few times with a fork, place into the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes or until soft
3. Let cool completely
4. Mash potatoes until smooth
5. On a clean work surface, mix flour and salt together
6. Make a well in flour and place sweet potato in the middle and knead together until well combined
7. Seperate into small bits and roll into a log, cut into bite size gnocchi and sprinkle on flour
8. Bring a pot of water to the boil and salt well
9. Drop gnocchi into boiling water and cook until they float to the surface
10. Coat in your favourite sauce and serve
