Instructions
Step 1
Lightly grease a large skillet and put over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant(30-60 seconds) Then add the chicken broth and let simmer for about 2 minutes
Step 2
In a medium sized bowl, combine the milk, half and half, and cornstarch then add to the skillet and let simmer
Step 3
Stir in the basil, Italian seasoning, and sundried tomatoes and continue to simmer for about 6-8 minutes
Step 4
Stir in parmesan and spinach until the parmesan is melted and the spinach is wilted. Then spoon the finished sauce onto the grilled chicken
