Instructions

Step 1
Cook 3 (80g) of short cut bacon then set it to the side
Step 2
Cook 150g of egg whites (or regular eggs)
Step 3
Add one low-calorie wrap on top of the egg before it has finished cooking
Step 4
Once the wrap has cooked onto the egg, flip them over
Step 5
Add some all-in-one seasoning (or preferred seasoning) on top of the egg
Step 6
Add a handful of baby spinach to one half of the wrap
Step 7
On top of the spinach, add half a tomato, the bacon, and 30g of low-fat cheese
Step 8
Drizzle some siracha sauce on toppings if desired
Step 9
Fold wrap and press for 2 minutes or until melted closed
Step 10
Let wrap cool, and then enjoy!
