Instructions
Step 1
Slice ginger, scallion and red bell pepper; Make marinate with cooking wine, salt, sliced scallion and ginger.
Step 2
After fish is cleaned thoroughly with water, simply give a few nice cuts on both sides. Marinate the fish with scallion marinate for a few minutes.
Step 3
Put marinated fish in boiling steamer on a plate, steam for 12-15 minutes; Heat up cooking oil to the right temperature(smoky).
Step 4
Take fish out from steamer once it's fully cooked. Simply garnish fish with sliced ginger, red pepper and green onions. Pour heated oil on the fish, and then finish with pouring appropriate amount of light soy sauce on the top. Serve warm.
