Chicken Fried Rice
Instructions

Season chicken breast then sauté chicken in chili garlic oil.
Continue cooking chicken until done. Cut into bite sized pieces and set aside.
Add carrots and ginger to pan and sauté until softened approximately 4 minutes.
Add onions and garlic and sauté about 3 minutes more Add rice and combine with other ingredients. Push everything to one side of the pan and add your eggs and scramble them.
Mix everything back together. Garish with green onions.
Taste it and adjust seasoning to your liking.
Makes 3-4 servings
