Step 1
1. If desired, partially freeze meat for easier slicing. Trim fat from meat. Thinly slice meat across the grain into bite-size strips. For sauce, in bowl stir together orange juice. marmalade, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger. Set aside.

2. Pour oil into wok or large skillet. (Add more oil if needed during cooking.) Preheat over medium-high heat. Add half of the Pork. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until juices run clear; remove from pan. Add remaining pork; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Return all meat to wok. Stir in pea pods and fruit. Push ingredients from center of wok.
Step 3
3. Stir sauce; pour into center of wok. Cook and stir in meat mixture to coat with sauce. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in nuts. Serve with rice.
