Spiced cauliflower pilau

Not good at all. Way too moist and don't like the taste.

This was not as rice-like as I thought it would be as there were some hard clumps. There was a lot more moisture and there was some chicken stock which hadn't been incorporated into the cauliflower even though I cooked it more then 5 minutes.
