Instructions

Step 1
Add broccoli and cauliflower to a pan with enough water to stop it sticking and pan fry for 10 minutes
Step 2
Reduce heat, draining the excess and add the canned ackee along with the water from the can
Step 3
Add Jamaican curry powder, dried sage, ginger, thyme, liquid aminos, asafoetida, black salt, turmeric, fenugreek, cumin, cinnamon and red chilli and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 4
Add red onion, peppers, okra, courgette and celery to the pan and bring to a high heat for 2/3 minutes or cook for longer if you’d prefer the veg softer
Step 5
Serve with quinoa, spinach and rocket
Step 6
Top with kimchi
