Curried Ground Beef with Peas and Potatoes

Use a ton of curry powder. Carrots add nice color. 10 minutes was right for the potatoes. Served over rice.

I added onion and adjusted the spices to my preferences - hot chili powder instead of red pepper flake, a pinch of cloves, and extra ginger and garlic - and it was delish! All with few ingredients and a little prep. A great weekday recipe.

A little bland, but delicious with naan!

Not the most exciting of dishes but does the job. Cheap, easy and quick! Needs a decent quality curry powder as someone else said as that and stock are essentially the only flavour in it.

Good flavor, I did not stray from the recipe but used good curry powder.
