Warm Cauliflower Tabbouleh
About this recipe Tabbouleh originates from Levantine and is often made with grains like couscous or bulgur wheat, but here we are substituting grains with grated cauliflower, making a great side dish or light meal. Adding in ingredients like garlic, red onion, coriander and za’atar gives lots of flavour to the Tabbouleh and serving it warm helps soften the cauliflower slightly.
