Sushi burgers recipe
Instructions
Prep:2h 15minCook:30min
Once you get the hang of making sushi rice, it’s a cinch! This fabulous and fun recipe shapes the cooked rice into burger buns that are filled with all of your favourite sushi stalwarts to create the cutest sushi burgers around! We guarantee they'll be a huge hit whether they’re served on a platter at your next party or packed into a lunch box for school or the office (remember to always keep food in a chilled cooler bag if transporting away from home). When shaping the rice into the burger shapes, you will need to make sure that it's quite compact so that it holds together when lifting up and biting into. And don't forget to set aside 2 hours to allow the 'buns' to rest in the fridge and firm up slightly.
