Instructions
Sushi rice
Step 1
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water is clear.
Step 2
Boil the water and add the rice Cook with a lid on low heat for 15min. Then turn off the heat and put a (paper) towel between the pot and lid. Let the rice rest for another 5-10min.

Crack the egg into another plate and whisk. To a third plate add the panko.

Roll the prawns first in flour then in egg and finally in panko.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the prawns and fry for about 2min each side.
Sushi burrito
Step 8
Slice the carrot and cucumber into long stripes. Slice the avocado and Sashimi.

Brush the last centimer of a nori sheet with a little water and place the 2 nori sheet on top. Press the two nori sheets together.

Spread the sushi rice on the first nori sheet so that it is completely covered.

Top it with the salmon. You should leave about 1.5cm free from the beginning of the nori sheet. Then form 2 rows with the salmon.

Put the prawns on the salmon.

Now place the cucumber slice in a row over the salmon.

Place the carrot slices in a row over the cucumber.

Place the avocado slices in a row over the carrot and cucumber slices.

Sprinkle on the sesame seeds over the first nori sheet.

Drizzle on the sriracha mayonnaise.

Now roll up the sushi roll from the beginning. Try to wrap all the topping at the beginning and then continue rolling.

Wrap the sushi burrito in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour.
