Ingredients: 1 tablespoon sesame oil; 2 bunches asparagus - heads cut off and then finely sliced *; 1 cup cashews - roughly chopped; 1/2 jalapeno - finely chopped; 1/2 cup cilantro - finely chopped; salt/pepper to taste; 1/3 cup toasted sesame oil**; 2 tablespoons rice vinegar; 1 tablespoon miso; 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger; 1 clove garlic - grated; juice from 1 lime; salt/pepper to taste (I did not add any additional salt to the dressing but adjust to your preference.)
