It's summer and summer means zucchini, of course. Here's a recipe for zucchini pasta that's both healthy and full of flavor. A real treat!

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve a little cooking water, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, grate zucchini.
Step 3
Chop and sauté the 3 garlic cloves.
Step 4
Add the zucchini and sauté for 7-10 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the lemon zest, cream, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Add the cooked pasta to the zucchini, adding a little pasta cooking water if necessary, 2/3 of the parmesan and the fresh basil.
Step 7
Cook for a further 3 minutes.
Step 8
Serve with remaining parmesan on top. It's ready, serve hot and bon appétit !
