Creamy, Spicy Tomato Beans and Greens

All I can say is wow. So rich and divine, reminiscent of a vodka sauce or tikka masala. When I made this for my family they said they’d order this dish in a restaurant!

Tasty and easy! Used half Greek yogurt and half milk instead of cream. Added paprika and nutritional yeast to the panko mixture.

I kept seeing this magic beans recipe on reddit, so of course I had to make it. Really good mix of flavors, the sun-dried tomatoes make it a really filling meal too. Tasty! I used half-n-half instead of heavy cream.

Delicious! Used dried beans, which was great. Tried adding heft with kale - would not try again. Make with arugula as suggested, and can add a bit of farro if you're missing full serving.

So easy and really delicious. Used the recommended amount of cream and a bit of water to thin out. Would be nice to toastvthe bread so it adds crunch. Def don't skip the bread or arugula topping
