Doritos Taco Salad

Delicious loved it, especially the dressing which I made myself

Ya can't go wrong with a taco salad, but adding Doritos? Perfection!

Like another note said, keeping everything separate is a good idea if you think you won't eat it right away.

We always include a couple avocados in this salad. Tip: If you toss this all together and serve it as a composed salad, you have to eat it or toss it. Which is fine if you have enough people to eat it all. But if you serve it like a salad bar, you can keep anything that might be leftover. Perfect for a small family or just 1 or 2 people.

It's a great recipe we have made for years! I like to add a can of corn as well.

Half a romaine heart, arriba zesty taco and doritos nacho chips, tex mex cheese, old El Paso taco mix on lean ground pork (no beef available anywhere:( ) and tostitos salsa as well as beans and tomato like the recipe called for. This is absolutely delicious and i feel like tweaking things to your own taste will make this an instant favourite. Quick and easy and so, so satisfying when you want to cook but you don't wanna go crazy, yknow? Thanks for the recipe!
